Ice Breath 11.11.22
Community Flow Gathering
Mycroflow’s mission is to raise peace and harmony among individuals and the collective by channeling the powers of ancient and modern techniques. These Flow gatherings aim to introduce our community to tools that allow us to tap into flow state in our everyday lives, and offer a space for us to flow with like-minded individuals. These sessions will be open to all our community members and will be donation based.
Our next community gathering is on 11.11.22 at 11:11 AM PST. We are delighted to invite David Boot; a yoga & breathwork facilitator who has been hosting Wim Hof workshops around the world. He will be leading us through a powerful breathwork session that will show us the powers of this method using theory and practice.

Why Ice Breath?
Do you want more power and control over your own body? By testing yourself mentally and physically you will discover and be amazed at what you can do. Dare to take the step, look for the depth within yourself.
IceBreath is a somatic reset that combines breathwork and cold exposure. During the IceBreath experience you learn to deal with your own fears and overcome mental barriers to become better at handling any challenging situation in life. By exposing yourself to the discomfort of ice-cold water, you regain control through your own breathing and release the power within.
Since this is a virtual event, you will be learning these techniques without the cold water plunge. During this workshop you will get to know how much impact breathing has on your state of being in a playful way. You will learn and experience how to better regulate these through theory and the application of bodywork.
Breathwork is increasingly recognized as one of the most powerful wellness tools. It is a powerful transformative tool that enables us to balance our emotional and spiritual well-being. It is known to help release old energies, memories and tensions in body and mind. It's a way to solve unresolved problems, dissolve limiting beliefs, and free ourselves from the unhealthy grip that some past events have on us throughout our lives.
The result is a physically perceptible freedom and clarity that helps you to discover your own inner wisdom and strengths.
Who is it for?

About your facilitator:
David has always had a passion for nature and the element of water, in all its forms, including ice and snow. He started teaching thirteen years ago. At the time as a sailing instructor and ski and snowboard instructor.
Unconsciously he was always looking for a connection with Mother Nature. After his own profound experiences with the healing power of breath and cold water therapy in 2019, he has made a change in his career. He started to assist Bart Biermans, the owner of "Below Zero". Bart has been traveling around the world for several years to give workshops with Wim Hof. David also studied with Michael Bijker, founder of "Life Awareness Project". From there he started coaching his own ice water immersions and facilitating breathwork in Amsterdam.
When David started organizing his own yoga & breathwork retreats in 2021 and founded Icebreath. As he developed more, he also began to feel that this was what he really wanted. Prevention and cure for the human body; take care of the only vehicle we have in this life.
This year, David has hosted private and public sessions with Icebreath, as well as retreats and festival sessions in Morocco, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Croatia and the United States.
